The initial task will include: Inspecting the property for general maintenance issues Treating and cleaning any mould identified Cleaning ceiling areas and windows where required Checking the general condition of the property Completing minor maintenance tasks where possible Taking clear before/after photos and reporting any additional issues identified We manage multiple short-term rental properties across Brisbane and are looking for someone reliable who may also be available for regular weekly maintenance tasks going forward. As these are short-term rental properties, availability needs to be reasonably flexible around guest bookings and property access. Requirements: Previous maintenance/handyman experience Own tools and transport Experience treating mould safely Reliable and able to attend consistently Good communication Able to provide clear photos and updates following attendance Appropriate licences for any work that legally requires them Please include details of your relevant experience and general weekly availability when making your offer.
