Received our Building and Pest report back, and there is 2 old termite nest in roof & termite tracks under the house. All of this needs removing. Black mould has been found on one of the walls, so needs to be removed and painted 2m high x 1m wide. Mould on the ceiling to be removed. We had a termite treatment done, so no live termites, and this is reiterated in the recent report.
