Need to fix my tap. Found a white plastic ring in it that broke into two.

Summary tried to change mixer tap to spring mixer never done before turned water valves off did not proceed further as not right equipment went to turn water back on now it comes out weak unsure how turn taps clockwise and anti clockwise caused this. Looking to fix the power of water other water areas like laundry etc fine and attach the spring mixer

Remove the toilet and seal it off properly. Change some shower heads. Up for discussion with the right person.

Blocked balcony drain. Could be silt/ soil.

Simply put the shower head is dripping water. Just need it to stop dripping water. Also the bathroom basin is a little bit blocked the drainage. So water just fills up in the bowl and doesnt go down fast.

I need to fix my Hot and cold water mixer Valve in my apartment. The hot water in the apartment has stopped instead we are getting only warm water. I believe it the valve 20 mm which needs to be replaced.

I am looking for someone to fix a leaking shower doors (one door in each bathroom). It is probably a simple issue, such as replacing the plastic strip on the bottom of the door and/or tightening to screws of the door. The door doesn't fully close and water is leaking out on the bottom opening of the door.

We recently had an airtasker change the washers in our apartment shower to stop the shower from dripping. Unfortunately the hot water tap was not fixed properly and it needs to be turned many many times to get any water to come out.

I have had persistent issues with my bathroom taps leaking for the the basin and the shower. The washers have recently been changed.looking for licensed plumber to replace the tapware and fix any outstanding leaking issues. I have been looking at the caroma luna lever bathroom tapset chrome. Please quote inclusive and exclusive of the taps (I am able to purchase them, or you can supply them)

1.) The water pressure through my kitchen sink is weak. 2.) The hot water tap switch under the sink (image) leaks after use - It doesn't leak during usage, but a few hours after? I will be home this day to liaise with the building manager to turn off the water when required.
