I used to have this concrete "container" over the top of my water tap, and a pipe underneath ran to the water retic controller. This week I had to have it dug up, and the retic controller fitted directly to the tap. I still have the concrete "container" see photo but it doesn't fit I need a way to protect this, in some sort of wooden, plastic or concrete container. Otherwise it'll get covered in dirt my dog digs up, and I'm not sure if it should be exposed to the rain? Open to suggestions for how I solve the problem. Looking for the cheapest solution that also doesn't look horrible. Thanks heaps

Looking for a plumber to undertake 2 small tasks at an Airbnb property which I manage remotely: 1. Fix a leaking kitchen sink mixer. I had the same issue 12 months ago and a local plumber was able to fix it. 2. A recent guest reported dampness in the laundry area. Inspect laundry cabinet area / rear of clothes washing machine and water heater cabinet for any signs of water leakage and repair if necessary. I suspect the drain pipe under the laundry sink could have a minor leak. Hoping to get this done Friday or Monday between 10.30am - 2pm. Access will be provided by our Airbnb cleaner. Will likely allocate the task at around 8am In the morning.
