Pool pump outlet cap loosened and started leaking - when I tried to flip it to back wash it fell to close when the pressure increased and the outlet cap got loose and started leaking. It may need glue and tightening. I don’t have the right gear - may be a plumber can help me

Bathrrom tap's hadle is gotten loose and looks like may come out. Need fixing or replacing the tap as required.

Shower drain needs to be cleared. This is manageable with a Karcher, which we usually do periodically ourselves, but don't have time at the moment to do it.

Sink washer replacement. Tight space below and behind sink might make this more difficult. Don't need new taps, hoping to solve dripping tap only, with new washer.

Broken Pipe needs to be located and then fixed. Started digging hole, where the cracked pipe is but struggling to locate it exactly. Back story - Blocked gutter down pipe, when cleared out there was water coming from the soil indicating broken pipe in that particular spot. Needing pipe fixed. If you have a small digger there is access for this.
