Leaking tap in laundry. Likely just needs a washer.

Blocked/overflowing toilet floor drain. Was blocked before due to debris in the external waste outflow. Previously cleared with jetblast ~12 months ago. The issue has recurred. Please hydro-jet again and inspect the external drain to confirm/clear any additional blockages.

Need a plumber to fix sewage smell problem coming from the laundry pipe. Does it need an air valve?

Mixer tap loose and needs securing.

Old tap with hot and cold to be replaced with a mixer tap. Plug holes were tap was Edit- seems to hard to change to mixer… I’ll be happy if the turners are updated so the taps not leaking. I have a new set only require labour and if u can tell me what extenders to buy or if u want to provide
