To resolve water issues. Cut up the concrete on the foot paths about 12 meters , dig a trench, install 1 pit 300x300, connect pit to the nearest stormwater PvC pipe. (About 12m). Install AG pipe along these two pits to capture under ground water. Check the utilities before dig. Back fill concrete with the right level to direct the surface water to the pit. Replace laundry taps. We have a leak. We have already purchased the replacements.
