Bathroom on top floor has leakage, also wall from other side of bathroom has moisture up to 50cm high from floor. Have no idea how much will cost fixing it, that's why i have put 5 dollars for budget. However will pay fair price for fixing. I think visit is a must to see and detect problem. I'm not sure that photos will help
