My Bosch OptiFlow 26 Professional gas hot water system is no longer producing hot water and needs inspection/repair. Issue: • When a hot tap is opened, water flows normally through the unit. • The heater does not ignite (no fan or ignition clicking). • I can hear water flowing through the unit but the burner never starts. • Over the past few months the hot water was intermittent before stopping completely. The sink in our bathroom drains very slowly like it might have a blockage. Using a plunger helps temporarily however the issue keeps returning. There is also a leak in the cabinet beneath. I am fairly flexible with timing but do need to organise with work to be home.

I need to waterproof the bathroom floor and all the edging around as you can see the concrete corners and around the other bedroom or the edging inside the other concrete area of the bedroom needs to be all waterproof from the inside with all the concrete edges not the actual floor for the bedroom just the edging so all the edging around in the bathroom bathroom floor and then all the edging and once the weatherboard goes up inside for the bathroom to also do waterproofing on that as well

I Require a licensed plumber to attach the new T inspection pipe as the old one was partially broken. It’s a Very simple straightforward job for a plumber. Digging is already completed. You supply necessary your tools to complete the work and any extra pipework if necessary. Must be licensed. Task can only completed after 3pm Monday to Thursday this week or 2:30pm this Friday or anytime on Saturday.

Hot water tap cannot be closed and keeps turning. Had to turn hot water tap off as otherwise it continues to leak. Not sure whether it will need a tap to be replaced. Cold water tap works just fine.
