We’ve stripped two bathrooms and need slabs installed before tiling. This needs to be done by an experienced contractor to ensure grades to shower grate and including shower set down. Price including supply of concrete. Bathrooms are 11sqm and 5sqm. No major access issues other than it’s inside an existing house but could be pumped or wheelbarrowed in.

Reticulation currently not working

Plumber needed for shower taps and vanity tapware to be disconnected. Toilet to be disconnected.

I am installing a double basin vanity 1500 mm replacing an existing single one. The new is this (https://thebathroomoutlet.com.au/product/hampton-1500-matte-grey-freestanding-vanity/). You can see details of the picture of the existing vanity. As per pics top bench of new vanity has been preliminary assembled with mixers and basin wastes . Note the basin waste are 32mm. I will remove existing vanity and job consist in : -Final positioning of the new vanity cabinet -Identification of the best drain pipe route ideally with a single p trap and 40 mm pipe. -Installation of the drain system from the two basin waste to the common drain point Material (PVC pipe/fittings / basin waste gasket etc ) not included and we can agree on the best way to procure I can do final assembly/completion of the vanity myself but I am open if somebody want to quote me the complete installation of the whole vanity - Due date: Before Friday, 8 March 2024
