The garden irrigation system is broken and I need someone to fix the broken part and replace old parts and install a timer.

We are exploring an option of adding a bathtub into the shower, we would need to keep/redo the side shower screen and remove the rest and install freestanding bathtub. Current shower area is around 800x1470cm, we can install a bathtub either 730x1400 or 730x1500cm. The bathtub with the sink whole in the middle to bring it closer to the shower drain in the floor, or whatever is easier.

Blocked drain upstairs vanity. Might need a thing to put down as s bend is clear. Quick job.
