Not sure what’s happening in the bathroom here looks like there’s been an external leak maybe from aircon which was leaking outside but this seems to be continuing inside ? Can anyone see to this please? Thank you!

Need to remove a tap and 2 tap handles. Need two more tap handles moved down the wall. Need a sink put in and the pipes lowered.

Tree roots have cracked a pipe and needs to be replaced. Photos and area marked in photo were taken by a plumber who left without letting us know about the crack pipe at them time of clearing it so you will need to dig out to have access to pipe.

I have 2 very old and in poor condition toilets that need replacing.

- Leaky shower tap/s. Possible reseating or replacement needed - The cold tap has been tightened a lot over time and now when it is tightened it just goes back to loose again. - Slight leak from cold tap and shower head - Small mould showing in wall behind shower (spare room adjoining wall) unsure if this is due to leak - Tap head seems to be grouted on and I can’t seem to remove, even with lots of WD40. The flush one our new toilet is only giving a half flush which needs fixing. The loo seat on the other new toilet isn’t staying up and needs tightening. Should be a quick job for someone who knows what they are doing!
