Building report showed I need to adjust position of hot water system drainage system

Plumber needed to install under sink filtration (basic system from bunnings) and replace kitchen tap (new tap provided).

My third hand (lol) fisher and paykel fridge has started to beep constantly whenever the fridge door is opened. It also beeps at random intervals when the door is closed. Fridge is still cold inside so unsure of the issue. Flexible on price given it could be an easy or difficult fix

1 down pipe installation and connect to drain. Have attached photos, would like the down pipe to connect to the circled drain if possible. Just bought the house and there are no down pipes at the back of the unit but looks like there once was one connected to that pipe...?

A handy person is required to install a new shower set (current set pictured).

Our sink waste pipe needs fixing. The S bend is ok but there is a connecting piece of pipe that requires a couple of professionally sealed connectors. Plumber needed rather than a Handyman

My three taps in the front garden don’t work and the two taps at the back won’t turn off. Not sure what’s wrong but having to turn off the water all the time. Happy to negotiate a price as not sure what it’s worth.

We are only getting luke warm water from the hot taps around the house. Gas hobs working ok so assuming a thermostat issue. Looking for some one to fix Monday am.
