I need someone to remove a broken, rusted bath spout and install a new one that I have already purchased (new spout includes a diverter). The existing spout has snapped off and the threaded pipe (nipple) is still in the wall. It appears rusted and may be seized. Photos attached: • Photo 1: Broken spout currently in wall • Photo 2: New spout with diverter (already purchased) Scope of work: • Safely remove the existing threaded pipe/spout fitting • Ensure pipe inside wall is secure and not damaged • Install new spout with proper sealing (PTFE tape etc.) • Ensure no leaks and correct alignment This is in an older house, so experience with older plumbing is preferred. Please bring appropriate tools in case the fitting is seized. Timing: Preferably Thursday 19th or Monday 23rd, morning preferred. Location: Jannali 2226

Sink & dish washer installation.

We have a new free standing vanity that we would like to be put in here. We have a new sink and taps too. And a mirror. We need someone who can install this all for us and ideally take away the old stuff. There is one extra job required as part of this which will include building a timber kicker for beneath the vanity so that it fits perfectly in this space. We are not retiling as the current tiles are fine

Shower tap won’t turn off, shower is leaking water

There are 2 photos of the old toilet that i used to design. There is a water outlet so I can connect it with a small hand shower, very convenient to clean up. And there are 2 photos of the new toilet of my new home. They are fixed into the wall and there is nothing I can do about it. I would like to have a water outlet near this new toilet like in the old one, so that I can attach a hand shower like that. Or any other way that allows me to use water near the toilet.
