Hi, I am looking for a professional water tank cleaner to remove sediment and sludge from the bottom of my 3000L Kingspan water tank. The tank is only 1.5 years old, but the sediment is currently discolouring the toilet water. Tank Details: - Brand/Size: Kingspan 3000 Litre tank. - Access: Very easy access at the side of the house. Entry: The tank has two large access holes at both ends (see attached photos). Drainage: Stormwater drainage is accessible nearby for waste disposal. Requirements: Vacuum System: You must use a professional vacuum sludge removal system to suck the sediment from the floor of the tank. I want to ensure the sediment is removed without stirring it up into the rest of the water. Pump Care: Please check the pump inlet/filter to ensure no sludge is blocking it, as I want to reduce wear and tear on my pump. Water Handling: I am happy to have the tank drained before you arrive if preferred, OR I am open to a "minimal water loss" clean if your equipment supports it. Please specify your method in your offer. Goal: Remove the sludge layer effectively so I can have clean, clear toilet water again. Please confirm in your offer if you have experience with Kingspan type of tanks (liner/poly safe) and what equipment you will use.

While cutting tree branches, one of the pool pipes was accidentally damaged and cracked. Kitchen mixer tap was leaking. I bought a new cartridge but that is not working. I went to put the old one back in but also not working, cannot turn the tap off now, so now have no running water in the apartment as have turned off the stop valves

Bathroom vanity to be resurfaced top front and one side

I need to connect the washing machine to water taps and waste pipes. For the waste pipe connection, it seems like it just needs to be tightened (please see the photo). For the water connection, there is only one water connection pipe (cold). A wrench of a suitable size might be needed to remove the metal caps (please see the photo attached).

Toilet flush accumulates in the bowl and discharges slowly, Therefore not allowing solids to flush away completely. Even with no solids, the bowl fills and empties very slowly when the adjacent bath is in the process of emptying.

Water is leaking from where the toilet meets the wall. Suspect the seal to the waste pipe has degraded.
