We have a balcony that drains onto our carport. We would rather it drained into a down pipe so the water doesn’t end up in the carport. Want it to look neat.

Need plumber to adjust the 50mm PVC pipe slightly back towards the wall (maybe 5cm), so that the drawers can close properly. Plumb mixer tap and vanity waste. I can do the final securing of the sink and I will do silicon all around. Can only do Monday (9 February) onwards, after tiling is done. Mixer tap and sink waste supplied as shown in photos.

Connect sink to existing waste, connect mixer tap to existing caped wall outlet. Refit existing washing machine taps.

Water is leaking from the outside water main. Council have advised that the issue is on the property side and has something to do with a Nipple/Valve.
