I have a toilet flush button that has been sunken and it won’t come up. I had a handyman replace seals once before but not long after it started sinking. Able to use the toilet and flush but would like to get it fixed. Please see photographs attached. Plumber to drill through hollow wall and set up tap to link to existing neighbour’s tap in yard. Neighbour is in full agreement to the works. Water is shared among all residents in the strata titled unit complex.

I just got a new washing machine and when I’m trying to fit the cold water pipe plug into the tap it’s not getting tighten because the tap is too close to the wall. The tap has to be loosens up like 1-2 circles so it gets bit away from the wall. Note: I have easily tightened the hot water plug. It just that the tap needs to loosen up a bit so it moves away from the wall so the white plug can rotate to tighten.
Ken communicated with me on the issue, understood my requirement. He was quick to respond and came on the agreed time. Most important of all, he did the job efficiently. I would definitely recommend him and would hire him again in future. Thank you
