Tap has come away from the wall and the pipe has bent and developed a crack resulting in permanent leak. Pipe needs replacing and then the tap reattached to the wall.

Blocked drain and/or possible cracked earthen clay pipes from 60s. Dig out old pipes and put new ones in. Pictures attached shows a step from the back door. The blocked/cracked pipes most probably runs underneath.
Blake was very helpful and patient in explaining the different possible solutions to our plumbing problem. When we settled on one, he was on time and sent detailed updates. Definitely reccomend!
