I recently moved house and since moving i am having issues with my washing machine. I have had to install an extension outlet hose due to the distance from the washing machine and the drain pipe and it either leaks, or i get an E18 message which i imagine is due to the pressure? If i take the extension pipe off and put the original pipe into a bucket the washing machine works fine. Ive tried many different pipe types and it is still coming up with the same error.
Shaun was a great help, he fixed my washing machine quickly and efficiently and it now works with no leaks. He also adjusted my laundry cupboards which was above and beyond. Highly recommend and would use again
