Bathroom tap is continuously dripping. Also leaking slightly from base when turned on.

Kitchen sink is blocked. Need to unblock. Dishwasher water is also reflusing back to sink

I've had no hot water for two days. I noticed the 'hot water' switch on the breaker panel had tripped the day before yesterday. I flipped it back on, and even though I can hear the heater running, there's still no hot water.

So my shower head died this morning. I tried to screw the side of it and it broke totally. I’ve been to bunnings and got the same shower heat but I don’t have any tools and can’t change it over without them.
