Hi there, I’m located in Churchlands and looking for someone to help fix a noisy toilet exhaust fan. When it’s windy, the air vent lid rattles and makes quite a loud noise. The job involves: Removing/demounting the toilet exhaust fan cover Applying a cushioning strip/sticker to the air vent lid to stop the rattling Reinstalling everything properly I believe adding a cushion strip should solve the issue. I’m not sure if this job requires a licensed electrician, so please let me know if you’re qualified to handle it if needed. Please bring your own tools and let me know your availability and quote. I need a tap leak fixed or possibly tap replaced please.

One patio down pipe was temporarily removed and now needs to be cut short and reinstalled to the same location, all the ground drain is in place.

Kitchen tap is dripping from spout and leaking from tap base (cartridge?). Sink drain or pipework under the kitchen bench also leaks. Also want a purchased tap fitted in different room. I'll clean out the cubbords before you arrive.

I’ve got a new fridge with a water dispenser. There’s currently one cold-water outlet feeding the dishwasher. I’ll need a dual outlet valve installed and the fridge line run through cabinets behind the oven. Then fridge put in place.

my downpipe makes big noise when storm water drips inside and hit the pipe bend. I am thinking to cut and replace the bend with a new bend piece as shown in first photo, which has a rubber pad glued at bend or just open up the existing one and glue a rubber pad to bend. Also I need two separate bend piece as shown in photo 3 for other usage. Only need to make the piece to the dimensions, no installation required. I will supply the downpipe material.

Shower is leaking quite badly and I suspect it needs a new washer.
