I need a plumber to test where the water is coming from for me to able to know if its under strata or owners costs. Either way I need to get it fix. My room carpet is damp near the ensuite toilet and water marks on my wardrobe. My washing machine also needs fixing water leak underneath and dryer not heating. Not sure about how much all it costs but I will put like $100 on this posts for now.

Seeking a qualified plumber to repair a cracked sewerage pipe at a residential property. The damaged section has already been exposed following a CCTV inspection, which identified the blockage as a result of a cracked pipe—likely caused by building movement. The pavement was broken open during this process, and the damaged pipe is now visible. Once the repair is complete, the pavement will need to be restored. Additionally, the current inspection point sits beneath the pavement; I’d like it extended to ground level to allow easier access in the future.
