Hi, I'm looking for someone that can help fit the gas to the bbq and connect the water pipes to a sink on the balcony.

Standard wash basin tap is leaking / needs washer replaced.

The Pipe of the sink has cracked off at the top i would like what i have repaired for $200, if repairing is not possible needs to be replaced will do $300 max. I also have more work like a broken toilet and adjustments of shower taps and replacing shower heads but this can be discussed later with the right person and the right price my main thing now i need urgently is the sink first

Water seems to be leaking but cannot see any obvious leak on ground as far as I see.but-recent water bill turned up 5 times more than our usual usage.

Please reinstall the new toilet base today. I was renovating my bathroom, and during the final work, the plumber couldn’t come because of family issues. I was going to get another plumber, but the handyman helping me offered to install the toilet. He did it, but didn’t use silicone around it. This turned out to be helpful, because after a few hours, a bad smell came from the area without silicone. That shows it wasn’t installed properly. Now it needs to be removed and installed again the right way. I need this done today. Please see attached photos. The person installing the toilet base needs to fix it using screws and plastic brackets (see photo), not just silicone.
