I am looking for a handyman to help cut off the top part of my leaking metal downpipe and rejoin with a pvc pipe. Please see two photos attached here. Please quote inclusive of materials.

Smell in bath tub drain only in morning but no blockage. And sometimes smell comes in downstairs ensuite drain too. We tried to put cleaning fluid and it removed the smell for few days but again same issue started.

Need hand shower filter attachment to our bath tub faucet. We have few adaptors, hand shower filter and even the Diverter, but need the fixed working attachment to be done. If require extra attachments then please provide from your end. Here are the photos of the Bathtub faucet, adaptors, diverter and the hand shower filter."
