We need some fixes: 1) The back bathroom shower head came off and has eroded, the occupants have managed to get it back on for now however the shower head likely requires replacing. 2) The bath tap is also leaking and won't turn off completely so it sounds like something you will need to diagnose upon visit and see if it's just the washer that needs changing. Price offered is inclusive of new shower head to be replaced and washers etc.

We need to move a sewer inspection shaft closer to the sewer main. Looking for someone suitably qualified, accredited, skilled and experienced with the old pipes and with required equipment. I’m told it’s either vitreous china or clay pipe. Or perhaps bakelite. (It’s unclear to me if these are actually all the same thing) Task is just to do the cut and reconnect inspection shaft to the shortened pipe. We’ll take care of the rest including the digging etc. Looking for a quote. I’ve put a budget in order to list the job. Please ask any questions you may have. Will need to be done in the next couple of weeks.
