Hi there, ​I need an experienced handyman or plasterer to repair a single crack on a plaster wall inside my garage in Point Cook. This is for a rental property, so the finish must be flawless to pass a strict agent inspection. ​Scope of Work: ​Prep & Repair: Correctly prep, fill, tape/plaster, and sand the crack so it is completely flush with the wall. (See file 1000021731.jpg for a close-up and file 1000021732.jpg for the full wall perspective). ​Paint Matching (Tasker to handle): I cannot do the paint matching. You will need to take a small sample flake from the wall or use a color-matching scanner, go to Bunnings, and purchase the correct matching paint pot. Please include the cost of the paint in your offer or let me know how you'd like to handle the receipt. ​Painting: Apply two coats of paint over the repaired area. The paint must blend seamlessly with the surrounding wall—no visible patch outlines or harsh texture differences. ​CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Because this is for a tenancy hand-over, the property agent will be inspecting the final result. You must be willing to come back and touch up/redo the finish if the agent raises any issues or is dissatisfied with the blend. Plasterboard ceiling at front of garage has come away from supporting structure. Seeking a quote to replace or repair the collapsed section of the ceiling and cornice. Painting any replaced sections is not required.

There are three Jobs: 1. Garage wall , it is little broken during car parking , only surface seems broken . Need make it like new with paint 2. Bathroom1: bathroom tile with broken skirting 2. Bathroom2: bathroom skirting work only

- The garage dimension is 5.6m x 6.1m. - The existing plaster ceiling is sagging and will need to be removed in its entirety and redundant plaster to be removed from site. A section of the plaster ceiling has already been removed. Please refer to the attached photos. - Re-install new 10mm plaster to the ceiling - use plaster glue and screws to existing ceiling joists. - Tape, stop and sand plaster joints as necessary - Please note the garage walls have brick piers on 2 elevations where the existing ceiling sits on. There is however a gap that is left between the ceiling and the wall. Please refer to photos attached. These gaps need to be closed up. Provide detail of proposed method to close this gap in your quote. - Cornice detail to be retained. - Please provide an alternative quote if a cheaper casing bead detail to the perimeter of the ceiling can be achieved in lieu of the cornice detail.
