My garage plaster (false) ceiling is sagging near the door line. No leaks or water stains. I can push it back up by hand. I need someone to lift it, fix it back to the joists, and make the surface flat. See photos. Scope 1. Inspect and find the cause (loose/missed screws, needs packers/battens, etc.). 2. I have 8 evaporative vents that need to plastered, sanded and painted. Whole ceiling wont need to be painted as it is recently painted.
