The ceiling has a patch of mould. The cause of the mould has been addressed, however that section of the ceiling needs to be cut out and -replastered. Please quote the cost of just cutting and re-plastering. If, after that is completed, you can paint over the plaster so that it matches closely enough (doesn’t need to be perfect), please advise of additional cost. Thanks!

Our house ceilings have been damaged by water. There is one ceiling that has a hole in it and beside it the ceiling has curved down by the damage. We were told we have to replaster the whole ceiling (not just the area where the damage is) as it is unstable. Another ceiling is also damaged and has a hole.
