Scope of work: • Reinstall the ceiling fan • Securely mount and bracket it to the nearest ceiling beam in the roof cavity (not just to plaster) • Repair any damaged plaster from the previous install • Restore and reconnect the electrical wiring safely You must: • Have experience working safely in roof cavities • Be competent with plaster repair and patching • Have proven experience installing ceiling fans, including proper mounting to structural beams • Be confident reinstating the electrical connection (we have pictures of the wiring when working) We have ladders so you won’t need one. Gas outlet was slightly pulled out of the wall but still in tact due to a picture falling off the wall. It also damaged the wall/plaster around the gas outlet which also needs to be repaired.
