I need a plasterer to patch a hole in the ceiling of my bathroom where I am trying to get electrician to install a new exhaust fan. The new unit with the heater is different size to the original hole of the exhaust vent, so the extra bit of the hole needs to be patched before he can fit the new one in. Note: see photo, the patch is only the half moon side of the hole. it's a small patch.

Hello, we need assistance to paint over patches. All patches are already filled and dry, they just need finishing: light sand, undercoat/stain block on the patches, then wall paint blended in. I need a small wall bracket reinstalled. The wall plugs have pulled out of the wall when the bracket came loose. I need someone to remove the old anchors, supply suitable new wall anchors if required, and securely remount the bracket. The wall appears to be plasterboard. Photos attached. I’d like it done neatly so it’s strong and secure.
