Ceiling in our garage has lowered . It requires replacement. It's all plasterboard. Please see attached photos.

A hole in the dry wall is fixed but the joints require sanding and plastering to smooth it out, ready for paint. There are two spots to do. One requires considerable sanding so an electric sander might be required. The other spot is not so bad just some bumps. location is deer park, vic
