We are moving house and need a few holes repaired. Very small holes in 3 rooms.

Interior patching: Fix a few plaster cracks and small holes inside (walls and possibly ceiling). Smooth and paint (I can provide paint ) The home is single-storey, with easy access all around.

Seeking plasterer to install 1 cornice in the living room above bookshelves recently installed. Wall measures approx 3.45m New cornice will need to be purchased and own building materials supplied.

Looking to have my garage ceiling plastered, stopped, finished. The ceiling dimensions are 6.6m x 3.3m. The rafters are spaced 1m apart so looking for someone to drill in some steel battens into the rafters and affix plaster to the battens. Before plaster goes up, will need to insulate the ceiling space, I can provide the ceiling. Please provide costs for labour and materials including plaster sheeting and the steel battens. Looking to do this in the next few weeks. Note the roller door sits high so for that part happy to have the plaster inset between the rafters.
