Repainting white ceilings and cornices in 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and large living area

A few walls and floor tiles.

Paint 2 doors and frames and 5 metal bar stools black. Stools need some rust spray before painting.

We have renovated our stair case and upstairs hallway. There are new skirting boards, doors and architraves installed. a small amount of gyprocking has been patched. for this quote we are looking for : - - 1 undercoat - 2 coats finish - any additional prep that is required - there are: - - 8 doors (both sides of door please) - 1 hallway - approx 6+ metres long - stair well with balustrade (this is existing but has been rubbed back to ) - 1 window - large bay window in stair well - ceiling paint will be supplied images attached - note skirting not yet installed and new doors still to be fitted please note - we areas are being renovated later in the year so not required - we would also be keen to know a price for the three bedrooms - skirting not being replaced and carpet in place

Hoping to get my daughter’s rooms painted as a surprise while they are away. Including wardrobe doors. 4 walls in one room and 3 in the other. Small rooms. Prepping can dry in one while painting the other - hopefully

We have painted entire townhouse, however, cannot reach a second story void above the stairs. Painter will be supplied with paint but will need to bring high reach ladder. Job will only take 1-2 hours max.

Timber fence needs 2 coat spray paint Approx 5 m x 2 m. One side only. I’ll put a tarp over franjipani trees to protect them. Will provide paint if you have spray painting equipment and experience using it. I’ve just hand painted over 15 metres so spray painting is a far easier and quicker task. Please don’t respond with ridiculously overpriced offers as spray painting is simple, I just don’t have the equipment.
