Hi there, I have a double story medium sized townhouse in Taylor’s lakes to be painted. We have painted the ceiling and it won’t need to be done upstairs, however downstairs it’s come up quite blotchy and we are assuming it’s from previous water damage, so will likely need some sort of seal or primer before the paint. All timber work and framing to be painted in gloss, walls in low sheen, materials and paint have already been purchased, no prep work required as I’ll either do what is necessary or not needed as the home is a blank canvas. I’ve attached a layout of the house for your review, I’d like honest quotes on roughly what this would look like cost wise. Need one new wall painted (2-3 coats). Wall goes up to an arched ceiling so you will need a ladder to reach the top. Paint will be supplied. Only want professional painters who have done such work many times to reply to this task.
