Clean mould off ceiling. We’ve completed a test patch and it comes off fine, just struggling with time. We would like it cleaned with exit mould and then finished with a solution of clove oil to stop regrowth. Should take 1-2 hours. Room is approx 3m x 5m. Ceilings are 2.4m high.

We recently removed an old aircon from our internal wall and now need it patched up ready for painting. The window framing needs replacing at the top and 2 holes need to be filled also. All plastering to be done as needed. Sanded and the. Ready for painting which we will do ourselves. Currently installing a retaining treated timber sleeper retaining wall. Will require cleaning, a light sand to remove sharp edges, splinters etc. and applying a decking oil or similar for the finish. Square metres to be finalised, approx. 100m2. The photo is just a sample.

The back exterior wall needs to be painted. The top of the wall is weatherboard and needs to be painted dark grey. The brick half of the wall needs to be painted light grey. The downpipe needs to be painted dark grey also. We have the paint. There is a water tank in front of the wall, scaffolding may be required. We do NOT have any scaffolding.
