Looking for a painter to gap and paint 3 bedrooms and a hallway in shorncliffe, we will supply the paint.

Our verandah walls have surface mould (that wipes off) and looking to have it removed/cleaned properly so it doesn't come back. We clean every few months with warm sugar soap water and it wipes off easily, but it eventually comes back

Deck is currently painted and I would like it restored back to its natural wood with a stain. There is some damage to some wood panels that I would also like fixed if possible (see second image)

Big old Queenslander house which is a boarding house. May I state that the boarding house is quiet and safe. Caterers for Males over 45 years of age and there is onsite management. The general area rooms and corridors walls and ceilings need a spring clean. Walls and Ceilings are 3m high, so some ladder work required. - Due date: Flexible

Off white paint. Will get paint ourselves

We have a 30ft steel at cruiser boat, moored at a private jetty at Deagon, cabbage tree creek. The job is to degrease / Sugar soap (prepare for painting) around the engine bay below deck, then wire brush the and apply paint to the inside of the steel hull to prevent rust. Does not have to look pretty - it can be slopped on pretty thick!! There’s not tons of room to move around below deck so probably need someone pretty agile / ok with reasonably confined spaces. Can be completed within 1 day.
