One small patch on ceiling to be smoothed over - approx 6 inches (shown in pics) where light removed. Plans of house attached with dimensions - ceiling painted throughout but NOT in Office, bathroom, laundry, ensuite, or toilet. Main living areas/other bedrooms only. Neutral ceiling white colour throughout. Will feed you soft drinks and beer throughout.

Big hole in wall in hallway and laundry that need patching and painting. A few other odd jobs, like skirting boards and stair repairs (only a split level home)
