Sanding scraping salt damp, then patching & painting 2 rooms & hallway

Lots of minor home repairs or touch ups to prepare home for sale. Jobs include assisting to lay laminate flooring. Cleaning scuff marks off walls and touching up with paint. Outdoor pressure washing. There is some backsplash tiling to do as well for someone with those skills as well as some garden maintenance. Approximately 25 hours of work.

Currently red brick, paint surf mist white. Paint roller door Monument. Can send pictures when requested.

We are looking to have 2 coats of paint on the exterior brick work. The house ceiling height varies as we are on split level. There are parts of the front that don't need to be painted as it's stone and we are leaving that, however there is some trim that would need to be painted. We are looking for white .
