Need 2x rooms painted (walls only) including patching of small holes etc. Room sizes approx 6x7m and 6x4.5m. Also includes WIR (2x2)and newly built small gyprock wall (see pics). I will provide all paint and primer for gyprock.

Patch up and paint gyprock wall in our Airbnb unit. We had a guest put 2 holes in the wall. They had attempted to fix themselves with filler but could not complete the job. As this is an insurance claim you will need to have experience in plastering and painting. The job can be done anytime this coming Sunday or Monday. We will pay for any materials / paint. You will need to assist us with colour matching. We will require a GST invoice for insurance purposes.

Holes in walls for TV cables in 3 bedrooms and living need to be filled in ready for painting. The Cables were channeled through the wall cavity but are no longer needed so they need to plastered over ready for painting.

New floors were installed yesterday, the transition strips in the doorway are about 1-2cm too high stopping the doors from closing. They’re newly installed doors waiting to be painted in 2 weeks time so don’t have to worry about the paint on the doors.
