Wall will provide a separate storage room in a garage. Approximately 5 metres x 2.5 metres high 4 corners so it won't be straight New wall will need to be sanded and painted. I can provide paint. Floor is concrete and ceiling is existing gyprock Access is good for materials down driveway and into garage. Wall materials, wall studs to be provided by you please. - Due date: Flexible

1. prep work repair and Sand ( walls are in the good condition but have few tiny cracks on the wall. So using filling on top of skirting board might required and use some patch plus primer 2.
