I had a laundry cabinet removed and a new kitchenette cabinet installed. The new cabinet revealed unpainted sections where the old cabinet was. I need the walls prepared and touched up. The walls were all recently painted. I have the paint. Its a 1-2 hour job at the most, but I need it done before Monday, 9 June, when photographers for the house going on the market for sale are coming in.

My bedroom ceiling is patchy and needs painting- the ceiling is very high and contains decorative features- old deco building.

Pre varnished cedar ceiling panels are peeling and look terrible. I need the peeling varnish scraped off ~10-15sqm and then a cedar stain applied to the raw cedar to help the colour blend in.

Ceilings panted in the following rooms hallway (1.5 x 9m) bedroom (4.6 x 3.6m) bathroom (1.8 x 3m). Hallway and bedroom ceilings are quite high (3.4m). Ceilings are already painted, but there will be a bit of patching work required (a couple of very small areas). Theres potentially more work after this on the exterior of our house. We have recently replaced the ceilings of two bedrooms with new Gyprock and Cornice. The dimensions of each room are approximately 3.2 x 4m. Since it's a newly installed Gyprock, we would like the painter to apply a prime coat followed by 2 top coats of white ceiling paint. We urgently need this work to be completed by tomorrow, Thursday, at the latest, or ideally by Friday. Additionally, we kindly request that the painter supply the prime and ceiling paint and bring their drop sheet for protection. In the images provided, you will notice a fan and light fixture. We have already removed both the fan and light fixture. These images accurately depict the size of the room, with no furniture present, as it is currently vacant.

Water damage from roof to small patch of ceiling space. Then will need remainder of ceiling also painted to match the colour.

Wall 1 - approx 5m by 2.8 (14sm)-Remove wall paper - prepare wall for painting and paint wall.(one undercoat and up to two coats of paint). Wall 2. Paint adjoining wall (approx 3 by 2.7m- 8sm) - up to 2 coats Other minor painting (whilst the first coat of wall 1 &2 above dries) - maximum 1.5hrs All paint provided but wall paper steamer to be provided by tradesman.

I need wallpaper to be applied to two walls (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). The dimensions of the rooms are 410 x 236 and 256 x 236. Both rooms have doorways that will need to be cut around. Adhesive will be required. Both rooms have been cleaned and are primed ready to go.

Paint a bedroom. I've purchased paint but attempted to do the painting myself and made a mess (over darker colours)! Please see photos... So the walls will need to be sanded first, then painted. Will need two coats at least. ALSO - need a VERY heavy mirror removed from the wall, so painting can be done. It is bolted in. Please advise if you can do this too (can negotiate $$). Moving into a 2 bedroom villa in Mount Lawley on 1 July 2022. Need to get all walls freshly painted in neutral/white/light grey colours. Total area size is 77m2. There is one brick wall to paint. The rest is all plaster walls to paint.
