Patch nail holes and gaps from new skirting boards install. Need to bog then and all gaps to make flat and sand.

Exterior paint: Balcony ceiling and under balcony ceiling Interior paint: two bedrooms walls and ceilings, kitchen and walking pantry’s walls and ceilings, family + dining room walls and ceiling, hallways walls and ceilings, two bathrooms ceilings, laundry room+ toilet walls and ceilings with water based paint. And also doors, windows, frames and skirting need to be painted with oil based paint. Most of the areas where need to paint are empty as it’s an extension to our property.

Needing wall and decorative board on other wall as well painted 2x coats I have already primed everything and it is all taped up ready to go. Paint is provided.
