Small bathroom with no exhaust fan. Paint is peeling and cracking on ceiling and some walls due to moisture. Need old peeling paint scraped back, surface prepped properly (sand, patch if needed, seal/prime), and bathroom repainted with mould/moisture-resistant paint. The bath was previously painted as well, which is peeled off if you could help with that and the re-grouting/silicone of the bath that would be great.

Looking to repaint the inside of a small 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house in Long jetty. Just need the outdated cream to be a fresh warm white and the ceilings need a sealer paint and a finishing coat as well. Its Basically a beach shack.

House painting - full internal repaint. Currently house is being cleared, with painting to be done during April. Description: 3 bedroom single level villa. Open plan entry/lounge/dining/kitchen, master bed plus ensuite, 2nd bedroom, main bathroom, small 3rd bedroom, laundry. Small L-shaped hallway leading to 2nd/3rd bedrooms/main bath/laundry. Both bathrooms have half tiled walls. Everything needs painting - ceilings, walls, 7x internal panelled doors, 3x slim linen cupboard doors, 1x external door (inside of door only), all window/door architraves, all skirting boards. No voids or skylights. House will be empty, no furniture to move. Walls/trims/doors will be cleaned, also patched and primed where needed by owners prior to painting. Paint will be supplied by owners.

I have had a small kitchen removed and part of the walls could not be salvaged whilst removing the tiles. I now need some gyprock installed to fill these gaping holes. (approx 4m long) I need someone who can supply the materials and complete the work to a high standard including patching all new joints smoothly ready for paint prep. - Due date: Before Monday, 6 November 2023

Need a small Gyprock patch done, paint downstairs ceiling. ( ceiling paint will be supplied) Replacement of some skirting and window Sil ( install only we will do the patching and painting. Need this done asap - Due date: Before Friday, July 28, 2023

Paint Skirting Boards for new 2 storey home. Needs to be done professionally and a clean job. 5 Bed home which is 33sq in size. Painter to supply all materials. See images of floor plans for both levels. Skirting Boards are Half Splayed 92mm PAINT is Taubmans Illusive White and needs to Acryillc Gloss 3 coat system. This was delayed as the installer of the skirting ran out of product. Expecting this to be complete soon then need it prepped and painted - Due date: Before Friday, 21 July 2023

Can’t put a set price as you will need to quote. Large two-storey 3 bedroom house. Paint inside and out. Will require scaffolding. 2-3 coats. Lots of cutting-in. Requires plaster repairs in some rooms and parts of ceiling. Metal railings on front and back deck require sanding and painting. Painter to supply paint etc. Big job. Must start next week and be completed before Christmas. Cash job.
