I need a stairs sanded to prep for painting. Equipment provided

Oil external timber cladding. Have cutek oil just don’t have the ladders and access required. Bit of a tricky one with the roof and extension ladder needed. Probably a breeze for a painter with the right gear.

Removal of existing internal MDF achitraves around bathroom window & replace with pine half spayed moulings (already supplied). 3 x vertical mitred - each approx 2.1 metres long each 2 x horizontal mitred approx 700mm each Some will need small amount of planing to marry in with existing tiling, and subsequent priming coat to exposed areas (primer supplied) Filling of any nail holes if required.
