We are about to paint inside our home and needs the walls, architraves and skirting cleaned down internally. The walls are quite high, so will need accessing by ladder. There is a large lounge room, 3 bedrooms, 1 hallway, kitchen and bathroom. - Due date: Can be between 19th - 23rd December

The ceilings needing cleaned have mould on them. The ceilings will be getting painted after cleaning. The ceiling surface is covered in mould. The ceilings need to be washed with detergent and water. Then wiped with a disinfectant. - Due date: Flexible

The office floor was flooded in the Feb floods and three corrugated zinc walls (half way up) have rusted out over time). Therefore these need to be taken off and the skirting boards above and below it repaired and painted. The corrugated zinc walls are the small rib. Area is 3.1mtrs by 5.9mtrs - Due date: Flexible

4 Chantilly/rattan dining chairs. Currentlt cream to be painted white. - Due date: Flexible
