Rental property needs all interior walls and ceilings painted. 4 bedrooms including some parts of built ins where walls are painted, kitchen, hallway, lounge, storage room, 2nd shower and toilet and laundry. Ceiling will be white and walls off white. Must supply paint and have own equipment. Must be experienced. Will need 3 coats. Will need to make sure no paint is spilled on flooring etc. Expect it will be 1-2 days worth of work.

Internal Painting 3 Bedroom (smaller) house. Hello. :-) I need an experienced Painter who can paint the interior walls, skirting boards, internal timber window frames, the front door and door frames of a single storey small house, including 3 bedrooms, lounge, small kitchen (half tiled) / small dining area, small laundry and small hallway. It is not a huge job but it is important that it is done properly. Existing colour is beige. To be painted Grey (Snow Season) for the walls and a semi-gloss white for everything else. The house mostly empty and ready to be painted!! Can be accessed any day, any time that suits you. Please Note: The Kitchen has been removed. Waiting for the new Kitchen to be delivered.
