My husband and I want our house to be plastered and painted throughout to get it ready to put on the market. We are ifeally looking at getting this done as cheap as possible. If this means doing a single coat of paint in areas, then so be it. There are quite a few settlement cracks throughout the home that require plastering + a couple small holes in the wall & ceiling that were caused by previous home owners.
