We have a single level apartment at Avoca beach and require painting as follows- 2 bedrooms 2 coats walls including skirtings only. 1 small hallway and a combined living/ dining that has 2 walls only painted with 2 coat on walls including skirtings only. 1 small kitchen walls. All the walls are currently white and are being repainted off white to freshen up. The bedroom walls are rendered and the 2 living/ dining and entry hallway walls are brick painted white already. We will supply the paint.

2 internal walls need Hardie™ Groove Lining 400245 on them. Bedroom wall 2560 high and 3900 wide and need Hardie Groove Lining board vertical joint sheet panels durable fibre cement installed using batons spaced 400mms apart. Wall is currently rendered. Lounge room wall 2540 high and 5300 wide need same lining board as described above using batons spaced 400mms apart. Wall is currently painted bricks. Should be 1 days work and need it done week starting October 21st Budget includes materials

We have multiple screws left in walls from where picture were hung previously. Need the screws removed, patched, sanded and painted. Good quality finish so we cannot see patches. We will provide the paint but you will need to provide all tools (brushes, sander, filler etc)

We have a several decked areas that need to be sanded and varnished (sander, all tools etc needs to be provided by you, varnish will be provided by us). Also have numerous (10-15ish) screws in house that need to be removed, patched, sanded and painted to a high quality, without seeing paint or patch marks. Oiling deck, painting fence and some walls

I need the side fence of our house painted. It’s colourbond, and I’ve estimated 55 square metres. Single coat. I will supply the paint. But you will need all other equipment including pressurised paint gun. The neighbours house and shed is quite close to the fence, so precautions will need to be made to not have any offspray of paint. I can assist on the day too! PAINTING BEDROOM WALLS Bedroom measurement: 6m x 3.20m, 2.7 m high walls. Theres also a wood band glued along the wall with shapes that need to be painted in, which is a bit intricate. One colour throughout. - Due date: Flexible

The south side of our house needs painting and some patching/sealing done. It is a 3 story, wood home so requires scaffolding. - Due date: Flexible

We require one large brick wall to be painted and one bedroom ceiling (sloped). Paint provided.

900 wide hardy boards are installed and need to be prepped and painted. Some of the prep work was already done by previous painter who overcommitted himself and couldn’t finished. Keen to get this last section of the house painted asap. Paint supplied by me. Ladders and harness by you. There is a scaffold that can be worked off for part of job.
