There is something wrong with our Smeg brand oven. It still works but is very slow to heat and may take several attempts before it starts heating. Once heated and switched off, the light inside the oven does not go off at all. We need someone knowledgeable about Smeg ovens to tell us what the issue is, and fix it if possible. We need this done this upcoming Saturday before 2pm please.

The thermostat on our smeg oven has died. I’ve had this happen about 18 months ago and unfortunately it has happened again. I want it to be replaced. Will pay separately for the cost of parts.

The knob for the timer on my oven came off the other day. The shaft has fallen back out of sight. I can’t work out how to get the front panel off to fix the issue? Managed to budge it a little to pass the shaft back through the hole but can’t fit the knob without it falling back in.

I got a new microwave and the metal edging now doesn't fit around the new microwave so I think it would be best just to take it out and put in a cupboard without a door for any size microwave to fit it
