Igniter on gas oven needs does not work

Need an electrician or certified handyman to fix broken oven exhaust fan in my apartment. Moved in to this apartment and it was already broken so Im not sure what the issue is. When I pull it out I assume it should go on automatically and it never has worked.

I need my existing kitchen oven housing cabinet increased by 10cm. I have an existing 90cm x 50cm x 57 oven which is being replaced with a new one that is 90x 57 x 57 so I need the housing adjusted. There is a 20cm drawer below so this can be used (10cm) to increase the housing to fit the new oven in. Therefore need sufficient skills to increase size using this drawer space including making the remaining 10cm gap good - probably by using the existing drawer cover and cutting in half and fitting (ie no long a drawer as it isn’t used anyway).

The knob for the timer on my oven came off the other day. The shaft has fallen back out of sight. I can’t work out how to get the front panel off to fix the issue? Managed to budge it a little to pass the shaft back through the hole but can’t fit the knob without it falling back in.
