Hello, I'm looking for an IT expert with experience in enterprise-level device management to help solve a complex and persistent issue with my personal Apple devices (MacBook and MacStudio). The problem seems to originate from a former home business that used enterprise tools, and I now need help to properly clean everything up. The Situation: The issue involves a mix of platforms: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (including Intune), and likely Apple Business Manager (ABM). My devices seem to be stuck in a "managed" state, even after multiple fresh OS installs by the Apple Genius Bar. This causes unusual behaviour and the feeling that the devices are being remotely controlled. The goal is to properly decommission all old services and release my hardware from any MDM or ABM enrollments so they are clean and fully under my personal control. The Task & Location: This is an on-site task at my home office in Bayswater, Perth. I'm looking for someone who can spend a day or two here to navigate this with me. For this Airtasker post, the initial task is for a consultation to review the situation, confirm the diagnosis, and map out a final action plan. You are the right person for this if you have: Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Google Workspace MDM. A strong understanding of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and device enrollment. I can see them, and a lot of duplicates, in Recycle Bin in my online version of OneDrive, but the volume is so large I am afraid of hitting Restore. I've done restores of OneDrive, which messed things up more, and tried a Windows 10 system restore, but it wouldn't complete due to some issue with the Recycle Bin.
