Hi all, I need some in person assistance on my brand new Surface Laptop 7. It came installed with Windows 11, however once I booted it, I decided I would try and install Windows 11 Pro as it will be my business laptop. I purchased Windows 11 Pro on my personal Microsoft account, installed it, reset the laptop, and logged in via my work Microsoft account. Once I was in, I cannot do anything as it is not letting me log in as the administrator of the account. It is also asking me to activate my Windows. Some in person help in Cremorne would be appreciated so I can fix these problems as soon as possible.

My PC goes into automatic repair mode and doesn’t always boot. When I was able to operate it, one of my hard drives were not findable. Whenever I operate games, it frequently does not boot very fast and crashes often. On task manager, my hard drive and SATA drive blast at 100% a lot of the time. I have attempted to reinstall windows before, but after hours of scanning, the installation then stayed at 0% for hours afterwards. Have converted from Windows 10 to Windows 11. My Word templates remain on my system, and I have access to styles, but not to macros. I have made the changes to Trust Centre to enable. I have copied my templates to the appropriate directories, but nothing gives me my macros or keyboard shortcuts.

Hello! I had a PC built in 2015 to run Architecture programs. I’ve had no issues and it generally still runs really well. I’m no longer using it as my main computer, but am trying to set my husband up to use it for work (emails, PDF etc). However, it only starts up in BIOS mode and I cannot seem to fix it. I am the “tech-savvy” person in the family so have read articles, reddit posts etc but can’t seem to fix it. I was going to take it to a computer place but would like to avoid karting it back and forth if possible. If there are any Windows 7 IT geniuses out there - this one’s for you!
