Acer laptop with virus. Appears to have good defenses. Safe mode boot goes to bogus login screen. Regular login has limitations. Windows Defender full scan does not detect. Have been unable to launch Defender offline scan. Cannot download/install Malwarebytes. Need to preserve client data.
